Why isn’t Dante Controller connecting to Dante Director?

Please check you have Dante Controller version 4.11 or later and that you have a working Internet connection.

The easiest way to do this is to log into Dante Director, choose a Site then click ‘Open Dante Controller’ in the top right.

You may also be running into a port/firewall issue. See ‘I can’t access Dante Director using Dante Controller.’
