What happens if my internet connection drops? Will I lose audio / video?

No – Dante media traffic travels directly from device to device; it does not pass through the cloud service or over the internet.

If the connection from the device to the server drops, such as during an internet outage or a server maintenance window, media will continue to pass unaffected. However, you will be unable to reconfigure devices or change subscriptions during this period.
