Updating Dante Domain Manager

To update DDM through the web interface go to Settings > Update and System Info, under Software Updates select ‘Check for Updates’. Providing the VM has a valid internet connection and can connect to the DDM update server at https://software-updates-ddm.audinate.com/ on port 443, the available update should become visible.
Here you can choose to view the Release Notes and install the latest update.



If you see ‘Cannot connect Audinate’ when selecting the Check for Updates tab, the machine cannot connect to the DDM update server at the above URL on port 443. In this instance, please consult your IT department.
