How to access DDM if the admin password has been lost

If this is a user account, please contact the DDM Administrator for assistance in recovering from a forgotten password.If the Admin password for DDM has been forgotten, you can use the Recovery code that was issued at the time of the DDM installation. When DDM is first installed, a recovery code is issued that must be copied and should be saved. Without the DDM Recovery code, the only option is to create a fresh DDM installation from a backup of DDM. There are no alternatives to accessing DDM without either the password or the Recovery Code.
